As Father's Day approached us, we were inspired to put together a special table spread, just to honor the dads in our lives and in our hearts. This meal is dedicated from us to you.

We also suggest (if you live in Tucson, AZ) taking a trip to Johnny Gibson’s Market on 6th Avenue, downtown, and getting to know their rock star butcher, Ben Forbes. He always goes the extra mile, and has been more than helpful in providing us with the right and generous cuts of beef for this meal and other food shoots in the past.
